Positive change happens most
rapidly when I talk to myself using the language of the mind.
This language isn’t a mystery, and speaking it is easy. I
already know how to do it. The most powerful components of this
language are images, sounds, and emotions.
A picture is worth a thousand
words and makes it possible to see my dreams before they
happen. Music and inspirational messages allow me to listen to
the sound of my dreams all day long. Emotions are the mental
glue that makes sights and sounds stick in my mind. Strong
emotion imprints images and sounds in my memory banks forever.
I spend time each day telling
my mind about my dreams. I show it the sights and sounds of my
dreams. I attach powerful emotions to those sights and sounds
so they are written in my mind with eternally indelible ink.
When all the components of the
language of the mind speak with one voice and say the same
message, big changes start happening in my life.
