Focus gives you powerful leverage over your mind.  When you focus on a thought, it forces your mind to look in the direction of that thought.  When you focus on it for a minute, you push your mind in that direction for a minute.  When you consistently focus on it for weeks and months, your life moves in that direction.  The focus of your mind expands into your life.

It's impossible to predict how long it will take for a positive focus to do it's work.  Nevertheless, you know that if you think positive thoughts, they will eventually expand into your world.  The First Law of Focus is immutable.  If you maintain a positive focus, it's inevitable you will become a more positive person, and the shackles of depression will fall off your arms and legs.

When you struggle with negative and limiting thoughts, you need to know this law never fails.  No matter how far down or discouraged you may be, this law always delivers what it promises.  Positive focus always transforms your life in a positive direction.  There is no reason to surrender to fear or despair.  Depression may have had a powerful grip on your life in the past, but it no longer has the upper hand.  The power of positive focus can break its hold and set you free.
