Autosuggestion calms the storm
of thoughts blowing endlessly through my mind. It progressively
relaxes my body and mind, and alters my state of consciousness
rendering it receptive to the positive programs that I want to
install.
When I do autosuggestion, my
mind is no longer a cyclone of frantic activity. It’s in
neutral. Whatever enters my mind passes uncensored directly
into my memory banks. Once my mind is quiet, I review the Power

imprint these graphics into my photographic memory, and their
positive message sinks deeply into my consciousness.
Autosuggestion is a golden time
for reprogramming. During autosuggestion I make a trip to my
memory banks and make a big deposit. I go straight up to the
teller’s window without having to stand in line, and I deposit
positive and empowering thoughts on the counter of my mind. The
teller puts them in my memory banks without any fuss, and these
thoughts are available for withdrawal anytime I need them.
