Staying positive is hard, especially if I put positive things in my mind for only a few minutes each day.  If I put positive things into my mind for only ten minutes, I will be spending less than one percent of my time creating a positive mind.  If I want to be a positive person, I need to spend more time pushing my mind in a positive direction.

The surest way to think positive thoughts for thousands of hours is to write a book on positive thinking.  I literally write my way to a positive mind.  A writing project takes over my mind suppressing unwanted thoughts while it pushes my mind in a positive direction.  The only thing required is a willingness to write until the job is done.

A positive writing project is meant to be labor intensive.  Every minute I write puts more positive thoughts into my mind.  A one month writing project requires me to think positive thoughts for thirty days.  If I want to reach my full potential, I need to initiate a writing project that lasts a lifetime.  I can make my mind as positive as I want.  All I need to do is write it thought by thought.
