Where you are right now isn’t nearly as important as where you are going.  You may not like where you are, but if you are moving toward a positive future, you can hang on until things improve. 

It’s hard to make your life better in a big way if you are always thinking in a small way.  God’s love is the most powerful force in the universe, and there is no reason to think small when you think about the power of God’s love at work in your heart and mind.

You need to start thinking about God’s love in a big way.   That is why I have included the Mega-Affirmation in this chapter.  The Mega-Affirmation is condensed from Maximum Strength Positive Thinking.  It’s a composite affirmation full of positive spiritual power.  It will push your mind in a positive direction and help heal your damaged emotions.

Now is a good time to make a giant positive deposit in your memory banks so you can start feeling better.  You could use some good news, and your heart and mind are waiting to hear from you.  Why not send them the Mega-Affirmation three times a day?  You have nothing to lose except your old life.  Memorize the Mega-Affirmation so its power can roll through your heart and mind!

 THE MEGA-AFFIRMATION:  I WILL MAX OUT ON GOD’S LOVE

“When I jump into God’s ocean of love, my life is never the same.  I am born spiritually and become a new person.  Old things pass away and all things become new.  I look at the world through new eyes and listen with new ears.  I think new thoughts, take new actions, and have a new life.

Each day I jump into God’s ocean of love and have a life transforming experience.  Dabbling in it will never do.  This isn’t something I do just once and the positive effects last for a lifetime.  I must do it every day for the rest of my life.   For as long as I live, I will max out on God’s love.”

The wheel of change always turns in the direction of what you put into your mind, and when you put the Mega-Affirmation into your mind, awesome changes start to happen.

God gave you a mind, and He intends for you to put good things into it.  You don’t need to wait for years to get better.  When you put good things into your mind, your life immediately improves.  You feel better because you are better.  You are a new person with a new life.

If you are depressed, it means that you are focusing on the wrong things.  You are listening to the voice of depression, and you are focusing on yourself and all your problems.

The way out of depression is to radically shift your focus away from yourself, and look in the direction of the most powerful force in the universe, God’s love.  You need to become a new person with a new way of thinking, feeling, and living, and when you connect with God’s love, that’s exactly what happens.  You make God’s love the foundation for your life, and you organize your life around it.  So go ahead.  Connect with God’s love and make your life better today.

Remember, if you want to have a mind free from depression, nobody can stop you.
