Waiting for conditions to be perfect is another plausible self-deception that keeps your life on hold.  It makes sense to wait until conditions are right so the probability of success is more in your favor.  If you lived for a thousand years, then perhaps you could afford to wait a hundred years for conditions to become perfect before you proceed in the direction of your dreams.  Unfortunately, life is like a flicker that is quickly gone. 

Opportunity doesn’t linger.  You must be poised and constantly ready for action.  The window of opportunity is small and you must be ready to take advantage of it when it passes by.  If you wait for the perfect opportunity and perfect conditions, your dreams will never happen. 

Today is the only day, and now is the only time you can work on your dreams.  You must seize the day and work on your dreams today.  You must seize the time, and use whatever time is available.  Start moving in the direction of your dreams and live as if you can make your dreams come true.  When you do that every day, the negative power of inertia no longer holds you captive.
